Edited speeech for Group 1

"Thou shall not kill" has graced over the pages of the Holy Bible, Kuran, and even the Singapore law -yet unknowing to many, an unconvicted killing goes on near everyday. What is this killing, you ask? It is Abortion -the legal massacre. Murder is defined by 'the killing of another human being under conditions specifically covered in law', yet why does the law not cover Abortion, which, in essence, is equivalent? Murder is still murder, no matter how penitential the maiden feels when she allows the ingurgitating vacuum to shred her baby piece by piece, section by section until the young life lays its tomb in the mother's womb. Abortion is murder, so why is this murder legal?
